These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Plan Genie website, platform, products, and services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Plan Genie offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Plan Genie.
Plan Genie is a planning ecosystem that combines artificial intelligence, embedded training, templates, and implementation support to help individuals, teams, and institutions create and execute strategic plans. These Terms describe your rights and responsibilities, the rights and responsibilities of Plan Genie, and the rules for using the platform.
To use Plan Genie, you must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information provided to us and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

When you create an account, you may use Plan Genie as an individual or as part of an organization. If your account is assigned to an organization (such as a company, school, accelerator, or institution), that organization’s administrators may control or manage your access. They may:
If your organization provides access to Plan Genie, you acknowledge that your activities within that workspace may be visible to that organization.
Plan Genie allows you to enter, upload, or generate content such as plans, narratives, financial inputs, documents, goals, dashboards, and other materials. You retain full ownership of all content you create.
By using Plan Genie, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the platform. We do not claim ownership of your strategic or personal planning materials. You may export or delete your content at any time.
You represent that you have the right to upload or use any content you submit and that doing so will not violate the rights of others.
Plan Genie uses artificial intelligence to generate text, structure plans, refine narratives, and provide insights. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before using it for business, financial, legal, or strategic decisions.
AI-generated content may depend on the quality and completeness of your inputs. Plan Genie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any AI output. Nothing in the platform constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. You assume full responsibility for decisions based on AI or automated features.
Plan Genie offers free and paid subscription plans, including Plan Genie Lite, Plan Genie Pro, Plan Genie Enterprise, and Implementation Services. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Prices and features for subscription plans may change. If pricing changes, we will provide notice before renewal.
Implementation Services, enterprise engagements, training, facilitation, and custom support are billed separately according to the terms agreed with the client.

Your privacy is important to us. Our practices are described in the Plan Genie Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
Plan Genie may offer integrations with external services, such as CRM systems, financial tools, or learning platforms. These integrations are optional. We are not responsible for how third-party services operate, for the accuracy of their data, or for outages caused by external providers.
If you connect your account to external systems, you acknowledge that data will be shared according to the integration’s functionality.
All Plan Genie software, branding, design elements, templates, training materials, AI models, and platform features are the exclusive property of Plan Genie. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without prior written permission. Access to the platform does not grant ownership or license rights outside of these Terms.
We welcome feedback and suggestions. If you submit ideas or recommendations, you grant Plan Genie the right to use them without obligation to compensate you. You acknowledge that your suggestions may be used to improve the platform.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will meet professional or regulatory standards. You use the platform at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in British Columbia.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform improvements, legal requirements, or changes in business practices. If changes are significant, we will notify users. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance.
